Acid Reflux
Acid reflux occurs when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing irritation and discomfort.

Common symptoms include heartburn, regurgitation, and a sour taste in the mouth. While occasional acid reflux is normal, frequent episodes may indicate gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and require medical attention.
